Our law office is located in the very center of Warsaw, in a prestigious area that is also home to numerous diplomatic missions (near Ujazdowskie Avenue). You can visit us from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please contact us by phone in advance to arrange an appointment.

Cases concerning confirmation of possession/restoration of Polish citizenship: we kindly remind you that, as a standard rule, cases involving emigration after 1918 are eligible for a free assessment of the prospects of conducting the proceedings. If a case is exceptionally complex and its analysis requires a substantial amount of time, we reserve the right to classify the assessment as a paid service. In such a case, we will inform you that a free assessment is not possible and will provide an individual quotation for the analysis.

For cases involving emigration before 1918, please use the separate form intended exclusively for this group of clients, or indicate in the subject line of your email that your inquiry concerns this type of case. An assessment of the prospects of cases involving emigration before 1918 is ALWAYS subject to a fee.
